En tant que praticien, Sok-Ho a con\u00e7u, form\u00e9 et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des interventions en entreprise fond\u00e9es sur la recherche et a coach\u00e9 des individus, des dirigeants, des \u00e9quipes d\u2019entreprises dans le monde entier.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sok-Ho est titulaire d’un BSc, d’un MSc, d’un MBA, d’un CPCC, d’un PCC, d’un PGCE en apprentissage et enseignement dans l’enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et d’un doctorat en psychologie positive et \u00e9tudes du leadership. Il a suivi une formation de coach syst\u00e9mique et relationnel de l\u2019ORSC et de coaching bas\u00e9 sur les preuves. Sok-Ho est un enseignant certifi\u00e9 en m\u00e9ditation et pleine conscience (CMMT) et est certifi\u00e9 en animation LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae, en psychom\u00e9trie pour les individus\/leadership: Hogan HPI\/HDS\/MVPI et pour les groupes\/\u00e9quipes: HPTA et Hogan 360.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sok-Ho est n\u00e9 en France de parents chinois du Cambodge. Il parle huit langues, a v\u00e9cu sur trois continents et est maintenant bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Londres au Royaume-Uni avec sa famille. <\/span><\/p>\n

INSPIRATION ET HISTOIRE<\/span><\/h5>\n

Inspir\u00e9 par les valeurs humanistes h\u00e9rit\u00e9es de sa famille qui a surv\u00e9cu au g\u00e9nocide cambodgien, il a lanc\u00e9 le mouvement de la passionologie pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler le sens de la vie et la passion chez les autres.<\/span><\/p>\n

En tant que scientifique, ses recherches interdisciplinaires portent sur des concepts de motivation tels que la Passion dans le leadership, la Psychologie Positive et le bonheur dans les arts du spectacle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 son doctorat \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de East of London \u00e9tudiant la Passion dans le Leadership. Dans le cadre de ses \u00e9tudes, il a analys\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le\u00a9 4P de Institute of Passion, et le concept de Leadership Passionn\u00e9 en Organisation (PLIO). Il a aussi contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 des chapitres dans le livre de Psychologie Positive en pratique, a \u00e9t\u00e9 auteur et co-auteur d\u2019articles en Psychologie Positive, en Leadership Positif, et en Coaching de Psychologie Positive.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En tant qu\u2019universitaire Sok-Ho a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du corps enseignant de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de East of London pour le MSc en Psychologie Positive et en Psychologie du Coaching (MAPPCP). Il a enseign\u00e9 \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 autonome de l’\u00c9tat d’Hidalgo (UAEH) au Mexique et \u00e0 l’IE University\/IE Business en Espagne. Il est actuellement ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Roehampton, o\u00f9 il donne des cours sur le leadership, la psychologie et la gestion des ressources humaines.<\/span><\/p>\n

En tant que chef d’entreprise, il a travaill\u00e9 dans le secteur de la distribution, de l’analyse des consommateurs et de la science des donn\u00e9es pour des entreprises internationales pendant 14 ans, et en tant que membre d’un conseil consultatif et mentor pour des entreprises sociales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En tant qu’artiste professionnel, Sok-Ho a travaill\u00e9 dans le domaine de la com\u00e9die musicale, du cin\u00e9ma et du doublage. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9crit et enregistr\u00e9 un mini album.
