Who are our speakers?
Dr Sok-ho Trinh is a Passionologist: a social and behavioural scientist, professional executive and Life coach who helps people live successful lives. As a scientist, his interdisciplinary research interests include motivational constructs such as Passion for leadership, Positive Psychology Coaching and Happiness in the Performing Arts.
Mary Elizabeth Figueroa has a a background in transformational career and professional development coaching and has recently began her work in the corporate learning and development sector. ME believes building successful careers is 90% mindset, accountability and self-leadership. The rest is strategy.

Nicolas Randall is Adjunct Professor of Visual Storytelling at IE. He has an MBA from Oxford University (2000) and a background in Anthropology and Psychology (BSc Brunel University). Over a five year period he has lived and worked in over 20 different countries conducting political and business interviews at the highest level. In this capacity he has met Hillary Clinton, George Soros and Benyamin Netanyahu, amongst others, and through these interviews he developed a good understanding of how to effectively communicate a story.
Alex Rios is the CEO and Co-founder of Happyforce, a feedback platform that combines simple mobile accessbility with employee feedback. Created as the need for having actionable data was apparent, thanks to the insights received, Happyforce has been awarded the Best Place to Work award for three years in a row. Passionate about learning, Alex is also an associate professor teaching Leadership and Innovation at ESIC and The Valley Digital Business School.
